1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cuvoi (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
“We”, “us”, and “cuvoi” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to the individual or entity using the Service. “Content” means any text, images, or other material submitted to or displayed on the Service. “Board” means a feedback board created through the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to that policy.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
6. License to Your Content
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your Content, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without permission.
8. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Public Boards
If you publish a Board publicly, Content submitted to that Board may be visible to visitors. You are responsible for what you choose to make public.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities; to post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or spam; or to interfere with the Service or other users.
11. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service, for the Content you submit, and for any consequences that arise from it. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
12. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
13. Payments
Some parts of the Service may be paid. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.
15. Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service when necessary. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.
16. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
