Refund Policy

1. The Short Version

If cuvoi isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it.

2. Who Processes Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. To request a refund, contact us at hello@cuvoi.com within 30 days of the order completion date, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We’ll confirm and process your refund promptly.

Before you download any paid content, we’ll ask you to confirm that you understand you have 30 days from the order completion date to cancel or apply for a refund.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. If a renewal surprises you, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we’ll sort it out.

5. What We Don’t Refund

• charges older than 30 days, except where required by law;
• accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or breach of our terms; and
• third-party fees we don’t control (e.g. your bank’s FX fees).

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

6. How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once approved. Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, the refund appears from Paddle on your statement.

7. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email hello@cuvoi.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days. If we can’t resolve it to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the appropriate consumer protection or trade ombudsman service in your jurisdiction.
